The closest train station is Stoke-on-Trent which is approximately 2 miles from the ground so best to jump in a taxi or use public transport.
The car park at the ground is closest but can also be a bit of a nightmare getting out afterwards. You can also park at the nearby Harvester, the Longton Rugby Club or at the nearby Power League site for a small fee.
The aforementioned Harvester, Power League and Longton Rugby Club are good options for a beer, especially if parking there otherwise you're looking at drinks in the ground or in Stoke-on-Trent itself if you fancy the walk.
